Sr. .Net Developer – Job Summary (List Format)

Location: remote

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core/C#.
  • Implement integrations between internal and external healthcare systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, patient data platforms).
  • Optimize and manage SQL Server schemas and write efficient queries.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure timely and compliant project releases.
  • Write unit tests and maintain clear, comprehensive code documentation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide accurate development time estimates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both test and production environments.
  • Ensure software meets regulatory and GxP compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Utilize Entity Framework, Azure DevOps or GitHub for development and version control.
  • Leverage experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or life sciences technology environments.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, Azure services, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Apply knowledge of software design patterns, multi-tier architecture, and OOP principles.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • (Preferred) Utilize knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Blazor.
