Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is in need of a Machine Learning Engineer. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
• The Machine Learning Engineer will preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML project goals and deliverables
• Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency over time
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI
• Develop and maintain documentation for models, processes, and systems
• The Machine Learning Engineer will contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks for ML workflows
• LLM Ops and Inference Serving
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming and YAML for configuration and data serialization
• Experience with deploying, managing, and scaling applications using Azure Cloud Services
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and other NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Expertise in using Redis for caching to improve application performance and scalability
• Familiarity with the Seldon Framework for deploying machine learning models and managing APIs
• Experience in designing and implementing applications using microservices architecture
• Proficiency in using DataDog for monitoring and observability of applications and infrastructure
• Knowledge of the PySpark framework for large-scale data processing and analytics
• Understanding of JSON data structures and experience in integrating JSON data into applications
• Experience in using Streamlit for building interactive and user-friendly front-end applications
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
