Scrum Master / Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Scrum Master/Project Manager to join their team. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master/Project Manager with hands-on experience managing Agile teams using Jira and Jira Align. This person will ensure our sprints are effectively planned and aligned with the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who asks insightful questions, facilitates smooth workflows, and takes ownership of Jira story documentation. In addition to Scrum and project management responsibilities, this role includes Jira administration and managing supplementary team collaboration tools such as Miro and Glean. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary support liaison for these tools-responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating communication to resolve tool-related problems internally and with external customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration, including creating and managing workflows, custom fields, and permissions
• Demonstrated ability to provide user support and troubleshoot tool-related issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with customers
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Agile Certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
• Experience with Jira Align is a strong plus
• Familiarity with other collaboration tools such as Miro and Glean preferred
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
