Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 45k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched in 150+ countries.
We have our own engineering team supporting businesses with innovative software on every level: sports tournament management, high-load analytical systems, video streaming tools, and product stores for our partners.
Our Ideal Candidate
— Has 3+ years of experience in analytics in software development;
— Can identify requirements and constraints, as well as risks;
— He or she easily distinguishes between verification and validation of requirements, and also applies both :)
— Can synthesize several alternative solutions, and then evaluate them and choose the most optimal;
— Can decompose the task into smaller ones and build a roadmap taking into account dependencies;
— Tends to record information in documents;
— Likes and knows how to explain to others the details of the system;
— Willing to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
— collaboration with stakeholders;
— requirements elicitation and management;
— requirements modeling and representation in the form of user stories, use cases, diagrams, etc.
— performing analysis of integration with 3rd party systems;
— synthesis of solutions to fulfill requirements and mitigate risks;
— task decomposition, roadmap creation;
— writing documentation to describe system behavior.
What and how do teams work?
— Issues in JIRA, documentation in Confluence;
— Work in microservice architecture with real-time messaging;
— Teams have the ability to choose technologies to effectively achieve results;
— Experienced and strong specialists in teams who are always ready to share knowledge;
— Teams are cross-functional and focused on their goals, and Tech Leads are proactive tech mentors and leaders;
— A minimum of bureaucracy, the ability to easily communicate with all levels of management;
— We strive to make decisions quickly, without months of discussions, if a person has analyzed the risks and alternatives, and understands the essence of his proposal.
