Junior .Net Software Developer
Location: Greater Sunderland Area
(Hybrid – days a week in the office)
Salary: £30,000 to £36,000

The Opportunity/
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Junior .Net Software Developer to join a growing and supportive development team based in Newcastle.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career, looking to develop their skills and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll report into a Lead Developer and be involved in meaningful development projects from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing/
- Working on the core application written in modern .Net stack and Blazor
- Working primarily with the Microsoft Stack
- Supporting application troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Improving system testability and supporting automation efforts
- Writing SQL scripts and stored procedures
- Collaborating within an Agile team environment
What We’re Looking For/
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about development, eager to learn, and brings some of the following experience:
- Experience with .NET and C# ideally .NET core (.Net is a required skill for this opportunity)
- Understanding of frontend UI
- Willingness to learn Blazor and Blazor WebAssembly
- Familiarity with React (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience with MS SQL, including stored procedures
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Interest in writing clean, testable code and working collaboratively
