Site Reliability Engineer – London

Are you passionate about keeping critical platforms running smoothly? Do you thrive in high-uptime, fast-moving environments? We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensuring our platforms stay operational – we’re the final line of defence.
• Working on a hybrid model.
• Participating in an on-call rotation (1 week per month, including weekends) – our busiest time.
• Managing and maintaining physical servers where needed.
• Deploying infrastructure with Terraform, focusing on EKS clusters and Kubernetes services in AWS (no Azure – now or ever).
• Working with Puppet (preferred) or Ansible for configuration management.
• Supporting JVM-based applications (Scala) with build tools like Maven, SBT, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with physical servers.
• Strong Terraform skills, especially in AWS/Kubernetes provisioning.
• Familiarity with Puppet (or willingness to learn).
• Hands-on experience with JVM-based applications.
• Interest or background in sports data or bookmaking is a plus!
