What will I be doing:
Due to the continued growth of our R&D department, we are looking to add to our team of UX/UI Designers in our Cambridge office. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (Thursdays and Fridays).
This role will see you designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI based on user needs as well as conducting user research, usability tests, and experiments to refine designs. You will also maintain, enforce, and expand existing design systems and internal processes.
Communication is important here as you will be collaborating with the UI development team to create viable products for testing and working with the technical teams to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

- A robust understanding of the entire product design process, from discovery to testing,
- Experience with design systems for both desktop and mobile platforms,
- Strong familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD and Adobe suite,
- Skill in creating infographics and data visualizations,
- Keen eye for maintaining visual consistency across multiple digital products,
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work,
- A basic understanding of cyber security concepts and common threats such as malware and phishing scams,
