QHSE Officer

As the Company's QHSE Officer, you will work with your stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand and liaise with the regional QHSE team in a diverse role covering strategic elements, routine compliance and administrative aspects to enhance and maintain our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Yokogawa business plan in the areas of continuous improvement, risk management in accordance with the business system objectives and standards
• Plan and execute the QHSE management system review and auditing activities, including internal system audits, sub-contractor/third party audits and external surveillance audits.
• Collect, collate and report quality, safety and environmental data, providing recommendations for system improvements based on non-conformance, trends, opportunities for improvement and that improvements are implemented accordingly
• Engage with stakeholders for the consultation and development or Company procedures through to implementation
• Align Yokogawa ANZ with regional and global quality, safety, environmental and information security management aspects
• Promote and communicate with employees, and managers on quality, safety, environment and information management system topics on a regular basis

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing a multi-faceted ISO management system
• Sound stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Certification in Quality, Safety, Environmental, or ISMS
• Experience in developing and executing management system standards, changes and maintenance within a global business
• Ability to work across all levels and functions of the business
• Ability to facilitate change in a large team and multi-site environment
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Bring a systematic approach with high attention to detail
