We invite an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Intermediate Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join our team and help build innovative fintech products for a top payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to support a backend-focused project involving data transformation, ELT processes, and SQL-based analysis.

✅ Is that you?

• 4+ years of BA experience, with strong knowledge of methodologies and tools
• Proven experience with data transformation and ELT tools
• Proficiency in SQL for writing, reading, and analyzing queries
• Background in technical business analysis on data-focused projects
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of SDLC and a hands-on approach to testing and data validation
• Proactivity in gathering requirements and coordinating with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for working directly with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical, results-oriented solutions
• Leadership mindset with the ability to monitor team progress and anticipate delivery needs
• Ability to understand and contribute to product vision
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  
  
  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or Salesforce
• Prior development experience
• Understanding of backend systems and experience on backend-heavy projects
  
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success, focusing on data analysis, problem-solving, and ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.

• Gather and clarify requirements to align with business objectives
• Analyze and transform data using SQL to support business decisions and project goals
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Support backend projects by working with ELT processes and ensuring data accuracy
• Contribute to product vision and direction by providing insights based on data analysis
• Validate delivered solutions through hands-on testing and data verification
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Monitor project progress, anticipate potential risks, and escalate issues as needed
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status
