ICT Systems & Application Specialist

Swissport Cargo Services Belgium is looking for an experienced and hands-on ICT Systems & Applications Specialist to join our dynamic team! Are you passionate about Oracle development, system optimization and end-user support? Then this role might be for you.

Your Role

You’ll be the go-to expert for developing, maintaining and optimizing our ICT systems and infrastructure, with a strong focus on Oracle Apex, SQL, and PL/SQL. From providing user support to leading internal projects and improving system performance and security, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational continuity.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications in Oracle Apex
• Write and optimize code in SQL and PL/SQL
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users
• Install, configure and manage software, hardware and networks
• Create dynamic reports using Apex tools and BI Publisher
• Coordinate ICT-related projects across departments
• Document systems, procedures and configurations
• Ensure compliance with Swissport’s IT and security policies

Your Profile

• Degree in ICT or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience with Oracle Apex, SQL and PL/SQL
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases and JavaScript
• Familiar with HTML5, stylesheets, XSLT
• Fluent in English, and proficient in Dutch and French
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resilient, proactive and hands-on mindset
• Team player with excellent communication skills
