We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join a fully remote and diverse team focused on optimizing AI-driven features. This role involves building scalable analytics and A/B testing systems that help internal and external users evaluate and improve search performance. Accountabilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of optimization tools and backend systems
• Ensure code quality and system reliability through best practices and automated testing

• Participate in the design and implementation of new product features
• Apply data-driven approaches to improve system performance and functionality

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures
• Proficiency in Python or Golang
• Experience with backend development in distributed systems
• Familiarity with SQL and large-scale codebases is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, essential for remote collaboration
