About the role:

As a Product Analyst/Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the internal documentation that supports our innovative fintech products. You will be responsible for analyzing existing product data and creating comprehensive product maps, ensuring that all technical specifications and requirements are clearly documented and easily accessible to our internal teams. Your work will involve close collaboration with development and product management teams to gather and document detailed requirements, processes, and procedures.

Position: Product Analyst/Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing data and product information to create a comprehensive product map.
• Develop comprehensive internal technical documentation and product descriptions from scratch, and ensure their ongoing maintenance and updates to reflect the latest product developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with development and product management teams to gather and document requirements.
• Make sure the technical documentation is correct and up-to-date.
• Support and improve documentation processes within the company.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and product descriptions, with a strong ability to initiate documentation projects from the ground up.
• Experience working with fintech products.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good English skills are enough to write documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written Russian is needed.
