People Operations Specialist – Remote (Ireland-based)

We’re hiring a People Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-growth global tech company that’s reshaping how the world transacts and builds for the future. This is your opportunity to join a world-class team supporting employees across EMEA, working remotely from Ireland.

You’ll be the go-to person for delivering excellent employee lifecycle support—from onboarding to data integrity, and everything in between. If you thrive on solving problems, improving systems, and working across borders, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering seamless HR support across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding—with speed and accuracy.
• Managing and resolving queries on all HR matters, following best practice and agreed service levels.
• Maintaining Workday records with pinpoint accuracy and troubleshooting data discrepancies independently.
• Leading on key onboarding tasks including Right to Work checks and new hire support.
• Spotting process gaps, flagging improvements, and updating internal HR knowledge resources.
• Supporting your teammates by identifying common issues and preventing repeat errors across the team.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in People Operations or HR shared services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Solid hands-on experience with Workday (EIB knowledge a plus).
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with high attention to detail—while keeping calm under pressure.
• Confident using a range of tools like JIRA and other internal systems.
• A team player who values confidentiality, integrity, and effective collaboration across time zones.
• Clear communicator with a knack for building rapport across levels and cultures.
