Role Description:

We are seeking a DevOps Administrator with more than 3 years of proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructures and DevOps processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing containerized platforms, automating deployment processes, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high standards of security, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and monitor Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Develop and maintain automation pipelines using Ansible and GitLab CI/CD.
• Administer the GitLab DevOps platform, including repository management, permissions, and continuous integration processes.
• Manage Source Code Management (SCM) tools, specifically Git.
• Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize release and deployment processes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, proactively addressing any issues.
• Apply best practices for security and compliance within DevOps processes.

Profile Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the following areas/technologies:
• Kubernetes and Docker platforms
• Automation tools (Ansible, GitLab pipelines)
• DevOps platforms (GitLab)
• Source Code Management tools (Git)
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, or Terraform.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of additional automation and monitoring tools.
