Position Summary

Reporting to the HR Director at Nespresso, you will lead People Analytics, collaborating with HR teams. People Insights will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making.

A day in the life of People Analytics Specialist

  • Provide strategic decision support by translating data insights into actionable recommendations, using specific HR technology platforms and tools.
  • Effectively communicate data insights through visualizations and storytelling, driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR data analytics practices.
  • Managing data analysis and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • HR Decision Support: Analyze HR data, identify trends, provide insights for talent management & organizational effectiveness.
  • Data Visualization & Storytelling: Create reports/dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with HR, IT, Finance, and global analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • HR Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain and automate HR reporting, track KPIs, and ensure data integrity.
