Ambr, a rapidly growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) based in Lithuania, is seeking a naturally curious colleague who’s eager to keep learning and growing.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage new and existing IT projects in various stages
• Prepare project plan/roadmap/backlog and sprints for project/product development
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work directly with customers, data, and internal teams to identify and solve critical pain points
• Ensure the greatest possible service quality for our clients
• ​Validate deliverables against requirements and ensure the products meet quality and performance standards
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage short-term projects in a fast-paced performance fintech environment
• Efficiently manage project development process and priorities
• Evaluate possible project risks and future problems
• Continuously analyze information and data to find gaps in the project flow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management in crypto, fintech, or digital payments
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering and documentation
• Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, adapting to changes in project scope and direction
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with IT operations: infrastructure, support, vendors
• Hands-on experience supporting IT audits and compliance frameworks
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, and manage deadlines effectively.
