Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or other relevant field.

In the absence of a Bachelor/ Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 5 years can be accepted

Mandatory Experience

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

● Basic understanding of collateral management and related treasury and liquidity management activities

● Integration and user acceptance testing

● Understanding of DEV OPS, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment activities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

• Facilitate communication between business users and developers to ensure project alignment.

• Support project planning, including scope definition, milestones, and deliverables.

• Assist in creating test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.

• Develop and deliver training materials to support change management and adoption.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
