Crucial hire! This is a profitable SaaS company with thousands of enterprise clients worldwide. Following the acquisition of a cloud-based Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) platform, they’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead its evolution, growth, and integration into the broader suite.

Role

You’ll own the roadmap for their DEM product - guiding strategy, delivery, and go-to-market. The product is live, data-rich, and mission-critical for IT teams across Europe and the US. You’ll work closely with engineering and customers, with clear space to shape what’s next!

This is a product-first, customer-facing role, ideal for someone technical, data-driven, and comfortable delivering in production.

Who?

✔ 5+ years of SaaS product management experience

✔ Strong technical fluency: you’ve worked with engineers on topics like monitoring agents, RUM, APIs, or telemetry

✔ Clear communicator across both technical and commercial audiences

✔ Has shipped production-level features and owned product performance

✔ Familiar with PLG, instrumentation tools (e.g. Mouseflow, Userpilot), or product analytics (Power BI, Tableau)
