IT Integrator/Project Manager (Applications/Service Migration)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Project Manager for a 12 months+ contract in Netherlands.

At this moment the client has 2 projects that require an IT-Integrator:

Responsibilities:

1 - With the DISCO (Digitize, Innovate, Simplify, Creating Opportunities) program wants to improve the digital customer experience for our Business Customer. This is one of the most important programs at the client.

The DISCO program has a few goals:

• Digitize the main Business Banking supporting process to bring them above our competitors.
• Remove all legacy systems that are currently used to support our Business Customers.
• Identify and implement changes for NL platform applications to collaborate with global applications.
• Analyze and address the consumer migration and mitigate functionality discrepancies.
• Coordinate and deliver necessary changes, ensuring timelines are met.
• Support consumer migration and implement correct permission patterns.

2 – Global Demand Management GCDM (Global Customer Data Management).

Lead Global Demand Management (GDM) towards the internal global provider: Global Customer Data Management (GCDM).

You will be responsible of:

• the execution of the governance and processes,
• provide a consolidated demand overview,
• facilitate the quarterly business review process (QBR),
• facilitate prioritization and impediments resolution,
• track and challenge the delivery progress,
• propose and implement improvements to the process.

Experience:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT - Project management (preferably experience with application or service migration projects)
• Ability to manage complex IT projects end to end (from initiation & scoping to the end of execution), understanding of IT project lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to successfully manage extremely high number of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create a network to get the right support for the program
• Excellent problem-solving skills; an itch and self-motivation for solving technical and functional challenges
• Fluent English speaking and writing capabilities
