🛠 What you’ll do

• Own and evolve a scalable ML platform that’s already powering decision-making in several markets - and growing
• Design, build, and optimize robust machine learning applications and tools
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to turn prototypes into real-time, production-ready solutions
• Use a modern tech stack: Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, GitOps
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, observable, and resilient
• Play a key role in shaping best practices in monitoring, testing, and model versioning
• Help the team navigate multi-market, high-complexity environments - and make it look easy

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Solid programming chops (Python is our go-to), with a strong foundation in software engineering
• Experience (or strong interest) in ML pipelines, production models, and everything in between
• Comfort working across different environments, tools, and cloud-based infrastructures
• Bonus points for experience with event-driven architectures and data-heavy services
