We are a dynamic hardware and software design startup focused on creating innovative solutions for industrial environments. Our flagship projects include AI-powered object detection for occupational health and safety and remote preventative maintenance platforms for industrial equipment. By combining intelligent edge devices with scalable web applications, we help businesses improve safety and operational efficiency.

We're now looking for a technical partner to lead our frontend development. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be more than a cog in a machine—it’s a chance to architect, build, and own the user experience that brings our powerful technology to life.

Your Mission:

• Architect and Build: You will have complete autonomy to design our entire frontend from scratch. Your choice of frameworks, tools, and architecture will be the foundation we build upon.
• Visualize Critical Data: Develop highly responsive and secure dashboards that visualize real-time data from our AI and IoT systems, using modern protocols like WebSockets (WSS) to provide instant insights.
• Innovate with the Right Tools: We believe in using the best tool for the job. Whether that’s a modern JavaScript framework, a WebAssembly-based solution, or a data-centric library, you have the freedom to explore and implement what works best.
• Own Security and Deployment: Implement robust frontend security from day one. You will collaborate on a secure deployment strategy, leveraging your understanding of reverse proxies (Nginx/Apache), CDNs, and other infrastructure components.
• Be a True Partner: Work directly with our founders and engineers across hardware, AI, and backend to shape a cohesive, world-class product.

Who We're Looking For:

• An experienced engineer with a deep command of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a history of architecting medium complexity applications.
• A problem-solver who understands system design, from the user interface down to the API.
• Someone driven by curiosity and a passion for learning. Your ability to adapt and master new technologies is far more valuable to us than a specific list of frameworks you already know.
• A strategic thinker who values secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Professional working proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) is a strong plus.
• Experience with real-time data, industrial, or IoT applications is also a major advantage.
