UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts for our suite of applications. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive interfaces, transforming complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals, ensuring our products are functional, engaging, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Strategy

• Plan and execute user research activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys, competitive analysis).
• Translate research into actionable insights, personas, user journeys, and flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with technical and business requirements.

2. Information Architecture & Interaction Design

• Develop intuitive information architecture for complex features and applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups.
• Define and evolve interaction patterns in line with modern UX standards and design systems.

3. User Interface (UI) Design & Visual Execution

• Design high-fidelity UI aligned with brand guidelines and product requirements.
• Craft visually consistent design assets, including icons, typography, color schemes, and layouts.
• Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Present design concepts and research insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
• Mentor junior designers, contributing to a culture of learning and design excellence.

5. Design Systems & Best Practices

• Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system for consistency and scalability.
• Stay informed about latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Promote UX best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process across various digital products.
• Expertise with design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in full design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, testing, implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Experience in animation or motion design.
• Prior experience leading cross-functional design initiatives or teams.
