In that team;

• Work within our cross-functional agile team to collect and analyze requirements of Organizational Solutions for HR modules like organization, position, title etc.
• Analyze and optimize current processes,
• Design new processes for new demands of our client,
• Test new web features as well as some maintenance work on existing systems,
• Response to the information & update requests of client quickly,
• Follow the technological changes and produces new ideas to improve the product and increase customer satisfaction.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience,
• Maximum 2 years of professional work experience as Business Analyst,
• Innovative, following the innovations and solutions in the sector,
• SDLC and data structures knowledge,
• Advanced SQL knowledge,
• Ability to create solutions for integrating services/functionalities with 3rd parties,
• Familiar with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle,
• Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with customers and understand their needs,
• Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player,
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement,
• Strong desire for continuous learning and development,
• Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English
