Product Lead

Title: Product Lead – Crypto Trading Platform (Dubai, Onsite)

Location: Dubai (Visa sponsorship available)

Compensation: up to $140k (USD) base + bonus + equity

A crypto-native trading firm is seeking a Product Lead to drive several new product initiatives across OTC and on-chain infrastructure. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical foundations and a track record of taking products from concept to launch.

Key Requirements:

• Background in software engineering (comfortable working closely with developers)
• End-to-end product ownership — from idea through MVP and scaling
• Experience with crypto trading platforms, OTC desks, or exchanges
• Familiarity with internal AI tooling (e.g. search, workflow automation)
• Strong communicator with ability to align product and technical vision
• Willing to relocate to Dubai (team is fully onsite)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in early-stage crypto ventures
• Understanding of on-chain escrow mechanisms or institutional UX
• Interest in growing into CPO or CTO over time

Projects:

• Rebuilding a retail OTC platform for institutional users
• Integrating on-chain escrow for token swaps
• UI/UX overhaul for a next-gen trading experience
