Junior UX/UI Designer (225-617)

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and senior designers, to deliver user-friendly interfaces and contribute to continuous product improvements. Your primary focus will be on designing user interfaces and enhancing user experiences for our digital products. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Assist in conducting user research and user testing to inform design decisions.
• Support senior designers in maintaining design consistency across various projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative design solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Provide support in the creation of visual assets such as icons, buttons, and graphics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine design techniques.
• Prepare design documentation and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Engage in self-directed learning to improve personal design skills and knowledge.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on user feedback and analytics.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details with a passion for user experience.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design tools and methodologies.
