- Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of HR work experience in the Middle East region, familiar with UAE labor laws and regulatory differences in free zones such as DIFC and DMCC.
- Experience in managing large-scale foreign employees, especially blue collar workers, is preferred.
