Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR cum Admin Manager to oversee and manage all human resource and administrative operations for our DIFC-based fund management firm. This is a dual-function role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in UAE labor laws, recruitment, payroll, and DIFC compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and DIFC regulations.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in compliance with DIFC and UAE labor laws.
• Oversee payroll processing in coordination with finance and external service providers.
• Administer employee benefits, visa processing, insurance, and leave tracking.
• Monitor employee performance, handle disciplinary actions, and support performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.
Administration:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships, insurance policies, and other contracts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR and admin functions.
• Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with DIFC Authority and DFSA requirements related to HR and operations.
• Serve as the point of contact with DIFC, government authorities, and outsourced service providers (e.g., payroll providers).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive HR and administrative experience, preferably within the financial services or fund management sector.
• Strong knowledge of DIFC Employment Law, UAE Labor Law, visa and immigration procedures, and payroll processing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Preferred Candidate:
• Experience working in a DIFC-regulated firm.
• Familiarity with DFSA reporting and HR compliance requirements.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus (especially English and Arabic).
