Assistant Manager – Projects Development (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-impact strategic initiatives to improve organizational performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Client Experience teams to resolve business challenges and streamline processes.
• Analyze business data and KPIs to deliver insightful recommendations to leadership.
• Champion AI and digital transformation efforts across functions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and business reports.
• Review business processes and documents for regulatory and legal compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing team.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a focus on prioritization and execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, business strategy, or operations, preferably within a regulated or free zone environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in AI integration or digital transformation projects.
