Job Title: SIEM Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior SIEM Administrator to join our Cybersecurity Operations team, focusing on Level 1 support activities. The role involves continuous monitoring, analysis, and response to security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, etc.), ensuring effective incident detection and escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze logs/events using SIEM tools (primarily Splunk).

Provide L1 triage and support for security incidents.

Coordinate with higher-level analysts for escalation.

Maintain and tune SIEM alerts and dashboards.

Support day-to-day SOC operations.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk preferred).

Basic knowledge of incident response and cybersecurity principles.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Experience in 24/7 SOC environment (preferred).
