Senior PHP Developer

Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in West London

£50,000 – £65,000 + Equity

We're working with a fast-scaling e-commerce business that's investing heavily in tech. They’ve got big plans, and this role is a chance to work directly with a sharp, forward-thinking CTO to help shape those plans into real, working software.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and improving PHP applications that keep the business running smoothly
• Collaborating with a close-knit dev team – reviewing code, bouncing ideas around, and sharing best practices
• Leading the way on new integrations and helping modernise the platform
• Developing and refining APIs, internal tools, and automations that make life easier for the wider team
• Supporting releases and managing system migrations

What they’re looking for:

• Around 5+ years of hands-on PHP experience
• 3+ years working with Symfony
• Strong MySQL knowledge, especially when it comes to optimising queries
• Someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and enjoys getting stuck in
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with AWS and have an interest in AI, automation, or data tools
