Machine Learning Engineer

Banking or Financial experience

Pay Rates:

INC - $58/hr

T4 - $51/hr

Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid; onsite 2 days per week

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hour

Years of experience: 2 to 4 years

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Machine learning experience - 2
• Azure / Python / Generative AI -2
• Solid expertise on the topic of generative AI
• Experience using OpenAI ChatGPT APIs or Azure OpenAI or Code Mistral or Code llama
• Strong experience in langchain, langsmith and prompt engineering
• Strong experience in using vector database, openAI embeddings
• Strong experience with GitHub, Python libraries
• Solid understanding of AI engineering - 2 years
• Deep knowledge of LLM usage and LLMOps
• Comfortable with scripting or programming languages
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Degree/Certifications Required: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
