Frontend Developer (React/React Native)

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer with strong expertise in React and React Native to join our development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us transition from Power Apps to a modern React/React Native-based mobile and web solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of mobile and web applications from Power Apps to React and React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define architecture and implementation plans.
• Build responsive, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Develop scalable web interfaces using React.js, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and usability issues.
• Establish best practices for code structure, testing, and deployment in the new stack.
• Mentor junior developers on React/React Native development and architecture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in React and React Native development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and modern front-end tooling.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, or experience helping migrate from low-code platforms is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, component-based design, and cross-platform challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
