Senior Director – Supply Chain Solutions – Logistics – APAC

We're looking for a Senior Director – Supply Chain Solutions to join our Logistics team and play a key role in transforming the supply chains of our most valued customers across the Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to the Vice President – Commercial Partnerships – Logistics, APAC, you will serve as the strategic architect behind our most complex customer solutions, driving the growth of our logistics business across the region.

Key Accountabilities

• Engaging directly with Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs) to understand their logistics challenges, pain points, and objectives.
• Leading the strategic design and development of scalable, customer-centric supply chain solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams – Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Marine Services – to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.
• Designing and implementing cost-efficient supply chain models that enhance service levels and reduce operational costs.
• Identifying and quantifying tangible cost-saving opportunities by leveraging DP World’s extensive assets and digital platforms.
• Building strong business cases to clearly communicate value and ROI to executive-level customers.
• Aligning customer requirements with DP World’s strategic priorities, network capabilities, and services.
• Supporting commercial teams in solution selling and customer engagement.
• Driving effective implementation through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Representing DP World at industry forums and events, sharing thought leadership on supply chain innovation and digital transformation.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them shape long-term logistics strategies.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven leadership in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding – with a strong track record of end-to-end solution design and execution.
• Deep expertise in working with BCOs and navigating complex logistics ecosystems.
• Solid experience in cost modelling, supply chain optimization, and business case development.
• Familiarity with data analytics, digital tools, and automation for operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and executive influencing skills, with the ability to engage and advise C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the Asia Pacific region as needed.
