An exciting Product Manager for Southeast Asia Pacific has become available with the world market leader in the field of compaction technology and manufacturer of machines for a wide range of industries. The firm is seeking an individual who has strong experience in product & application in the compaction machinery sector.

About the Product Manager for SEAPAC role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving business development and technical application support for responsible equipment portfolio throughout SEA, Pacific and India markets. This role combines technical expertise and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus primarily on compaction and asphalt products and applications
• Lead the product management and application support across the region of SEAPAC & India
• Provide detailed technical guidance and support to resolve application challenges in different projects
• Develop application-specific solutions to project and region requirements
• Conduct in-depth technical analyses of jobsites
• Create comprehensive training materials on product applications
• Build & maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, end-users and government agencies
• To be involved in industry exhibitions, conferences, technical forums as subject matter experts
• Work with sales team to develop application-based value propositions

To succeed in the Product Manager, SEAPAC role, you will need experience in the compaction industry with prior product management & technical application skillset.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience as Product Management position
• Prior experience in compaction/heavy equipment industry will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge or experience with SAP system
• Willingness to travel extensively across SEA, Pacific and India
