As internship of the Training team, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees Training Management implementation and Terrorism Programme. You will play a supporting role in Changing and Improving, Managing Quality Training, Delivering at Pace, Communicating and conceptualizing the case studies scenario via the incident management and global terrorism landscapes. You will also be collaborating with different branches / departments to achieve desired outcomes of the organisation Training programme and Terrorism Programme.

Job Responsibilities

• To perform various activities and will work in areas of programme management and policy matters related to training and counterterrorism.
• Assist in data collection, conduct research, present information & evidence, case studies and provide analysis on relevant topics related to both Training and Terrorism Programme;
• Assist in reviewing and preparing training and learning events and other capacity building initiatives;
• Assist to conduct and coordinate awareness training and scenario exercises within Security Service and other MBS Departments whenever required.
• Assist team member within the department by taking on additional responsibilities as required (including security policy support, coordinating and hosting the Annual Security Awareness Week); and
• Perform all other tasks in the IR as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department.
  
  

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
• Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
  
  

Experience

• Some data analysis or research experience would be a bonus
  
  

Other Prerequisites

• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
