Location: Financial District, NYC
Schedule: Hybrid 3x on site per week

As part of our expansion, we are hiring multiple Android Engineers to join our team in delivering innovative, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.
Role Overview
As an Android Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Android applications that serve millions of users. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences in a dynamic and agile environment.

Role Overview

You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences in a dynamic and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and help drive continuous technical improvement
- Languages/Frameworks: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK
- Architecture: MVVM, Repository Pattern
- Tools: Android Studio, Git, CI/CD platforms
- Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack
- 3+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices
- Experience with Jetpack libraries and building UI with Jetpack Compose
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and data persistence (Room, SQLite, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and agile development environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt, or Compose Navigation
- Prior experience in consumer mobile applications at scale
- Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Hybrid work environment (2 days/week remote!)
