Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry best practices
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and optimize application performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies and trends
- Contribute to the improvement of our DevOps culture and practices
- Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise
- 10+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role
- Extensive experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Networking
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
