About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer Enthusiast to join our team and help design, implement, and support distributed ledger technologies. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing smart contracts, working on consensus algorithms, and integrating blockchain protocols into our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications using platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Go, Rust, or Chaincode (Hyperledger Fabric).
- Build and maintain backend services to interact with blockchain nodes (e.g., via Web3.js, ethers.js, or gRPC).
- Ensure security of smart contracts and blockchain interactions.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to build seamless dApps or dashboards.
- Optimize blockchain protocols for scalability and performance.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer networks.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Go, Rust, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience/knowledge with Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, or similar networks.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries such as Web3.js, ethers.js, or fabric-sdk-node.
- Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Remix).
- Experience/Knowledge in working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Understanding of cryptographic principles (hash functions, signatures, zero-knowledge proofs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with IPFS, decentralized identity (DID), oracles, and token standards (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155).
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or prior startup experience.
