As a part of Finance, Risk and Data Tribe in SEB Baltics, we, Data Enablers team, are on the journey to introduce new modern data management systems in the organization.

We are looking for a talented and technology-driven Software Developer to become a part of a highly skilled and professional agile development team all working together for our mission to design and deliver innovative, impactful, and ambitious business critical tools and solutions in our roadmap.

As a Software Developer, you will:

• Contribute to onboarding Data Mesh architecture in the organization
• Contribute to analysis, design and development of new data management platforms in the organization (Data Virtualization, ML, AI)
• Ensure solution integration and deployments
• Contribute to all steps of the Agile development process: analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance
• Support team with resolving technical complexities and finding best available solutions
  
  

You will be the right fit if you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data area, i.e., data warehousing, data streaming, data integrations.
• 2 + years of experience in leading technical team through all the phases of project lifecycle (analysis, design, development)
• Experience in Kafka/RedPanda, Apache Nifi
• Experience in AI solutions
• Experience in relational databases and proficiency in SQL
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
• A sense of responsibility, willingness to learn continuously and positive attitude
• Excellent team player with good communication skills and fluency in English

€3,100 - €4,600 a month

(before tax deduction).

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
