Job Title: Capital Works Program Delivery Manager
Remuneration: $100,000 – $150,000

Role Summary
Our Client is seeking a Capital Works Program Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of capital and asset maintenance sealing projects across Western Australia and South Australia. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution aligned with operational goals, stakeholder expectations, and profitability targets.
Key Deliverables
Health, Safety & Environment

- Implement relevant legislative and organizational safety requirements.
- Ensure fitness for duty at the beginning of each work period.

Customer & Organization
- Maintain strong engagement with sealing teams, subcontractors, and site-based stakeholders to ensure alignment from planning through completion.
- Provide technical, planning, execution, and client liaison support throughout the project lifecycle, including commissioning and handover.
Productivity
- Support site execution under the direction of a Project Manager, focusing on safety, sealing works, asset maintenance, and timely delivery.
- Follow project plans and sealing methodologies to meet performance expectations.
- Engage stakeholders continuously to ensure successful execution and alignment throughout all site activities.
Portfolio
- Deliver sealing projects in compliance with construction methodologies, HSE standards, asset maintenance plans, risk assessments, and quality requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets defined specifications.
- Identify risks and opportunities early, ensuring stakeholder visibility and proper mitigation or implementation plans.
- Promote continuous improvement and challenge existing processes to add value for Our Client and its customers.
Financial Outcomes
- Maximize project profitability by adhering to timelines and resource plans without compromising safety.
- Support project controls through cost estimates, forecasting, progress tracking, risk identification, and reporting.
- Provide objective, constructive performance feedback to direct reports.
Required Competencies
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project development and delivery within a contractor environment.
- Proven commitment to a Safety-First culture.
- Strong leadership experience, particularly managing small teams in remote or site-based settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence across all levels.
- Experience with asset management and preventative maintenance systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly for reporting and planning.
- Relevant experience in sealing projects or sealing storage systems.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience or exposure to agriculture-related projects.
- Hands-on experience in delivering sealing projects.
Other Requirements
- Frequent travel and camp-based site work within WA and SA is required.
- Occasional interstate or international travel may be necessary.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
