We are seeking expressions of interest for an Agile Business Analyst within our Dynamic Content & Creative Product Development team. This role will be based in our North Sydney Office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by working closely with product owners/managers, developers, and key stakeholders.

Think of it as a launchpad: you bring strong foundations and hands-on experience; we’ll bring the coaching, opportunities, and autonomy to help you grow.You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements and user stories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a connector between the business and delivery teams, ensuring mutual understanding of goals and priorities.
  • Support the adoption and reinforcement of agile practices within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve documentation, collaboration, or tooling practices.
  • Assist in refining and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Break down features and epics into manageable user stories in collaboration with development teams.
  • Translate campaign and business needs into actionable requirements—supporting both bespoke campaign delivery and ongoing platform evolution.

Skills And Experience

  • 2–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital media, marketing, and/or agile product development teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence is desirable.
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Agile or business analysis certifications (e.g. Scrum.org, IIBA) are desirable but not essential.
