We have a great opportunity for you as "Product Manager" role based in "Poland- Remote work" Which is "Permanent" Position


Facilitate the planning and execution of planning intervals (PIs) for the Agile Release Train and help coordinate and align multiple Agile teams.


Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events


Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency


Help create a collaborative environment and ensure that the plan is achievable.


Support team in identifying, managing, and resolving dependencies between teams, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of features.


Collaborate with other RTE’s, Product Manager, System Architect, Business owners and other stakeholders to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, escalate and track impediments.


Facilitate various Agile ceremonies, such as the Inspect and Adapt workshop, and ART Sync and ensure that these events are effectively organized, encourage collaboration, and provide a platform for teams to share progress, learn from each other, and identify areas for improvement.


Monitor the performance and progress of the Agile Release Train.


Ensures smooth flow of value by using various tools like Kanban etc, Supports to establish ART flow measures /metrics and to improve the flow of value by assessing and improving the best DevOps and CDP practices


Help identify bottlenecks, impediments, and opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.


Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train by facilitating retrospectives to reflect on what went well, what could be improved, and drive action items for positive change.


Encourage experimentation, feedback loops, and the adoption of Agile and Lean principles and practices.


Collaborate closely with Product Manager, System Architect, Business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and understanding of business objectives.


Manage expectations, provide transparency, and facilitate effective decision-making.


Coach the ART Scrum Master/Team Coach(s)in ART cadence, practices, and guardrails and foster Lean-Agile practices and mindset with ART stakeholders.


Work closely with other RTEs and actively participate in CoPs to share and gain knowledge to improve our ways of working in ARTs and in collaboration with other ARTs


Collaborate with Agile/Transformation Coaches and LACE


Plan and facilitate the innovation event to encourage the culture of innovation in the ART.
