Freelance Senior Product Designer (10 to 40 hrs per week)
Fully Remote. Flexible. EST overlap preferred.
Brandbeet is a lean, senior-led creative team that partners with high-growth companies to ship brand, product, and marketing work that actually moves the needle. We work fast, think deeply, and cut out the bloated agency fluff.
We are looking for a freelance Senior Product Designer to join our network. Someone who can jump into real product problems, design with systems thinking, and collaborate directly with founders, marketers, and engineers.
You will thrive in this role if:
- Have 5 or more years of product design experience across B2B SaaS or marketplaces
- Know Figma inside out and use components, auto layout, and tokens with intent
- Can design clean, clear UX and beautiful, brand-aligned UI
- Think in flows, not just screens, and can explain your rationale clearly
- Work independently and enjoy shaping briefs with incomplete inputs
- Communicate crisply and can handle async, Slack, and Loom workflow
Bonus if you:
- Have worked in startup or agency environments before
- Can flex into light brand or marketing design when needed
- Are available to overlap 3 or more hours with EST
This is a freelance role. We are open to anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and our needs. You will work closely with our founder and plug into projects across product and marketing.
