Business Analyst

We are searching for an insightful and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and the AI development team. In this role, you will curate, write, and structure content to "teach" our AI chatbot, ensuring its responses effectively represent our products and business values.

Responsibilities

Create original and engaging content with a strong emphasis on value selling and value propositions
Identify opportunities to restructure existing chatbot content for enhanced performance
Write clear, concise, factual, and grammatically correct content covering all aspects of business operations and product offerings
Collaborate with product teams, sales, marketing, connected services teams, and subject matter experts to ensure chatbot outputs support business goals
Actively participate in leadership programs and project management tasks to support organizational needs
Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domains such as core truck platforms, soft/uptime products, sales, finance, leasing, warranties, and service contracts
Proofread, format, and edit content from various contributors to maintain quality and consistency across chatbot inputs
Use chatbot reporting dashboards and user feedback to adjust inputs and improve response accuracy in real time
Analyze chatbot interactions to identify intent mismatches and conversational gaps, optimizing overall performance
Partner with developers and data scientists to refine chatbot language models based on data insights
Drive systemic improvements by championing continuous chatbot enhancement initiatives
Oversee small-to-medium scale process improvement projects related to chatbot operations
Create and implement a change-control process for managing contributions to chatbot content
Develop and track quality improvement metrics for chatbot responses
Adapt writing style to suit a variety of business contexts and platforms

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or proven work experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or similar fields with a strong emphasis on creative or technical writing
Familiarity with the industry (commercial trucks, automotive sales, etc.) to understand the context and source the correct level of information
Proven ability to liaise between teams, translate complex product details into structured content, and streamline communication processes
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
Proficiency in quality assurance, content curation, and end-user documentation
