Product Associate

Intermediate level written English is required. You will be supporting the management of a website in English.

Applicants need at most 5 years of work experience. This role is open to fresh grads and those with a few years of experience in product testing or management.

Role:

The product associate will work with the AIMultiple team including industry analysts, data engineers, software engineers, and designers. The team has a range of experience from fresh grads to those with decades of experience including experience at firms like McKinsey & Company.

You will be responsible for:

• Refining our north star
• Identifying major initiatives to increase product growth rate
• Interview users
• Analyze data of our websites: https://aimultiple.com, https://research.aimultiple.com, https://grow.aimultiple.com
• Design experiments to improve our business performance
• Create epics, stories or tasks for designers, the technical team or our industry analysts
• Track product development
• Test new features
• Measure the results of experiments with support from the analytics team
• Establish a culture of continuous experimentation, learning and best practice sharing

Our product is informing the purchasing decisions of ~4M of corporations/year. You will be shaping their decision journey.

Minimum requirements:

• Intermediate understanding of written English. As part of our business acceptance tests, you will be reviewing a website in English
• Great organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
• Efficient work habits to manage your workload
• Curiosity about our users and their experience

Optional requirements:

• Product testing and management experience

Hiring process

A growing body of research shows that interview performance is not correlated with job performance. Therefore, our hiring process will be purely based on writing assessments. We will be there in interviews to answer your questions.

Compensation:

While there will be a fixed part of the wage, it will be a minimal amount and most of your compensation will be based on the success of your initiatives and growth of our business.
