Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with expertise in overseeing end-to-end delivery and operational project management for a B2C platform in the Travel & Hospitality industry.

This role involves leading a skilled team in maintaining and supporting a Sitecore CMS 9.1 and Vue.js-based platform, while also advising and transitioning the customer to Adobe Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage daily project activities to drive agile delivery with a focus on quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and timely outcomes
Lead strategic decision-making processes and provide actionable insights to the client
Advise and support the client's transition from Sitecore CMS to Adobe Experience Manager
Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering measurable value
Maintain consistent oversight of task prioritization, team workflows, and resource allocation in alignment with project objectives
Guide technical decision-making to ensure alignment with the goals and standards of the project
Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure high-quality outputs that meet technical and customer requirements
Keep track of milestones and performance metrics while proactively mitigating risks
Ensure alignment with Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum methodologies for optimal project efficiency and adaptability
Facilitate clear and open communication between the customer and internal teams

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing projects with a focus on agile methodologies such as Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework
Familiarity with technology stacks like Sitecore CMS 9.1 and Vue.js, along with a basic understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing workflows, tasks, and documentation
Background in Travel & Hospitality, with a proven ability to identify key industry trends and challenges
Expertise in project planning and Gitflow for version control and branching strategies
Skills in fostering customer relationships with a focus on delivering consistent value and ensuring satisfaction

Nice to have

Knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager and its capabilities within marketing or personalization strategies
Familiarity with DE/eCommerce platforms and integrations
Capability to assist in eCommerce migrations or platform transitions focused on data accuracy and user experience
