Senior Manager, Engineering

Your Role

• Lead and mentor multiple agile software engineering teams, driving hands-on management and support to the team.
• Collaborate with Department Heads and Product Management to implement a comprehensive, integrated product roadmap.
• Champion agile software development processes, overseeing requirements definition, product build, delivery, and launch.
• Enhance continuous delivery, testing, and deployment practices for multiple cloud services.
• Innovate product design and architecture using cutting-edge technologies and tools to evolve our product line.
• Foster a team culture that prioritizes quality and innovation, staying abreast of the latest technologies to meet business needs.
• Grow, manage, challenge, and coach teams, while leading recruitment efforts in partnership with HR.
  
  

Your Experience

• At least 5 -7 years of leading software engineering teams.
• Significant depth in software development in a fast-paced, growing SaaS company.
• Experience and understanding of modern cloud architectures, patterns, development processes and tools.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Successfully led, developed, and managed software development teams to deliver products and solutions on time and budget.
