Your Opportunity

Join Sunrise Group as an HR Generalist and help shape the future of a company that’s redefining sleep care through innovation, empathy, and purpose. We’re a fast-growing team of 75 passionate professionals working across tech, health, and product to make quality sleep accessible for millions. In this role, you won’t just manage HR operations — you’ll be a true partner to managers, a trusted resource for employees, and a driver of culture and well-being. You’ll have real ownership, support from leadership, and the chance to lead impactful projects in a collaborative, people-first environment. What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally supporting 50–100 employees
• Strong knowledge of daily HR operations: payroll, benefits, contracts, onboarding, time off, etc.
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., payroll platforms, HRIS, performance tools)
• Familiarity with labor laws in Belgium, France, and/or the U.S.
• Comfortable advising managers and supporting teams with practical, people-focused solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, clear, and human
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you prefer clarity over assumptions
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a people-first approach
• Confident setting boundaries and providing guidance with tact and professionalism
• Fluent in English and French
