In this role, you'll be supporting Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic that’s rapidly expanding across the United States. Dreem Health leverages Sunrise's proprietary technology to connect patients with sleep specialists via telehealth, eliminating long wait times and complicated in-lab testing. With expert clinicians, home sleep testing options, and in-house treatments, getting the right sleep care has never been so simple.

In this role, you won’t just manage HR operations — you’ll be a true partner to managers, a trusted resource for employees, and a driver of culture and well-being. What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally supporting 50–100 employees
• Strong knowledge of daily HR operations: payroll, benefits, contracts, onboarding, time off, etc.
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., payroll platforms, HRIS, performance tools)
• Familiarity with labor laws in Belgium, France, and/or the U.S.
• Comfortable advising managers and supporting teams with practical, people-focused solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, clear, and human
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you prefer clarity over assumptions
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a people-first approach
• Confident setting boundaries and providing guidance with tact and professionalism
• Fluent in English and French
