Product Manager, Patria 6X6 life cycle

We are currently seeking a technically oriented person to join our product management organization in Hämeenlinna. This is an exciting opportunity join our team to harden our product deliverability and life cycle in strongly growing business environment. As a Product Manager, Patria 6X6 life cycle, you are expected to:

• Work in close cooperation with the Patria 6X6 product management team and other stakeholders throughout Patria
• Act as product management executive in the life cycle phase
• Monitor and report product health KPIs
• Be responsible of maintaining product quality and liability
• Work closely with Sustainment Solutions -function key personnel to ensure fluent and efficient product related processes
• Be responsible that operative product management is aligned with the product life-cycle roadmap
• Responsible for the fleet management process and related tools
• Supports Product Managers in Product life-cycle decisions and take initiatives for continuous development
• Manages product support system requirements and transfers those to technical product requirements
• Monitors and reports product satisfaction and performance
• Responsible of product- / service-related data integrity
• Own the product structure and product configuration rules
  
  

Required competencies for success:

• Technical or military degree with relevant experience of working in the defence industry and delivery processes.
• Capacity to manage and lead.
• Understanding the principles of product management and delivery and life cycle processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Finnish. Other language proficiencies are an advantage.
• Willingness for occasional travels internationally.
• Knowledge of Patria’s product is a strong advantage.
